Le brouillard, Halloween et la Toussaint

Très étrange comme on a toujours du brouillard à l’époque de Halloween et de la Toussaint.  Quelque part, le brouillard a un côté mystique.  Pour Halloween, on s’amuse, on se déguise et on essaie d’apprivoiser la mort et pour la Toussaint, le lendemain, on est très sérieux et on a une pensée pour nos morts et pour les saints.  On prie pour eux, on se recueille sur leurs tombes si on le peut.  Le lien entre les deux célébrations, le brouillard, la mort et les âmes.  Sinon, les deux fêtes sont en contraste total et se déroulent l’une après l’autre.

Le brouillard et ces deux fêtes aident à se ressourcer.

Very strange how there is always fog and mist at the time of Halloween and of all Saints’.  In a sense, fog and mist are mystical.  For Halloween, one has fun and one disguises himself or herself in witches or monsters and so on.  We try to befriend death and the next day, for All Saints, we show respect to our dead ones and to the saints we cherish.  We pray for them, at their graves if we can.  The link between the two celebrations, fog, death and souls.  Otherwise, the two celebrations are in total contrast, one after the other.

Fog and those two celebrations help revive yourself and reload your batteries.
