Une de mes
amies au stand turc.
One
of my friends at the Turkish stand.
Chaque
On
Each
year, I go to the International Bazar, particularly to buy some Xmas crackers,
but also to see my friends there (I am also always in a rush when I go there. sorry). On top of all the good reasons to go there
each year, is the fact that the money collected goes to charity. It is still on today, November 29th, if you want to go there. You can buy all sorts of things, from
different countries. It is in Kirchberg,
at Luxexpo, like the Festival of Migrations which is at another moment, I will
let you know later on.
normal. Les temps changent.
The
difference with the previous years is that with because of what happened in Paris
on Friday 13th, there is now a serious control at the entrance. The armed police checks what you’ve got in
your handbags, so it takes longer to get in and out of the building, especially
in. But it is better that way. Times are changing.
We
stopped at the Turkish stand this year and we enjoyed the food there !
Then
I went to the Canadian stand with my younger daughter who of course was tempted
by candy floss…There was a long queue there, and a less long queue for delicious
Canadian pancakes with maple syrup of course.
As greedy as I am, I had expected to get three small pancakes and I only
got two. But they were as delicious as
usual. There should be more people selling
candy floss…An idea for next year…
belles tulipes). Comme cela, vous le
savez pour l’année prochaine. Ou
dépêchez-vous d’y aller maintenant !
Oh
and this year, I would like to show you one of my discoveries : I didn’t
know that the Netherlanders'stand sold tulip bulbs (for beautiful tulips). So now you are warned for next year ! Or hurry up today !
